Get your rear into gear!

Did you enjoy P.E. in your grade school and high school years? If so you’ll love QAKE, it is an outdoor conditioning class that combines high reps resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning in a fun outdoor atmosphere. Even if you didn’t, give it another try because it can be fun and a great way to stay active.

QAKE was originally started by four independent personal trainers (Quentin, Adriana, Kit and Elias) and is designed to provide a full body workout.  The coaches now are Adriana Medina and Kate Conwell.

Where and when?
